AXA XL fusiona unidades en XL Insurance Company
La reaseguradora / aseguradora global AXA XL ha fusionado sus unidades AXA Corporate Solutions (ACS) y AXA ART en XL Insurance Company SE (XLICSE), a partir del 31 de diciembre de 2019. La decisión de fusionar estas subsidiarias en XLICSE se tomó luego de la adquisición de XL Group por parte de AXA en septiembre de 2018. Ahora, la fusión se ha llevado a cabo después de ser aprobada por las autoridades reguladoras pertinentes, incluido el Banco Central de Irlanda y el Tribunal Superior de Irlanda.
XLICSE es una subsidiaria de propiedad total dentro de la división AXA XL del Grupo AXA, que brinda seguros en Europa y Asia y opera a través de una red internacional de sucursales, subsidiarias y socios externos. El 31 de diciembre, XLICSE asumió el negocio completo de ACS y AXA ART y se convirtió en la aseguradora o reaseguradora de cada póliza previamente suscrita. AXA XL señaló que no habrá otros cambios en los términos de las políticas existentes.

AXA XL Merges Units into XL Insurance Company
Global re/insurer AXA XL has merged its AXA Corporate Solutions (ACS) and AXA ART units into XL Insurance Company SE (XLICSE), effective from December 31, 2019. The decision to merge these subsidiaries in XLICSE was taken following the acquisition of XL Group by AXA in September 2018. Now, the merger has gone ahead after being approved by the relevant regulatory authorities, including the Central Bank of Ireland and the Irish High Court.
XLICSE is a wholly owned subsidiary within the AXA XL division of AXA Group, providing insurance within Europe and Asia and operating through an international network of branches, subsidiaries and third-party partners. On December 31st, XLICSE assumed the entire business of ACS and AXA ART and became the insurer or reinsurer of each policy previously underwritten. AXA XL noted that there will be no other changes to the terms of existing policies.
